The Macao Special Administrative Region is one of the two special administrative regions of the People's Republic of China, the other being Hong Kong. The territory has thriving industries such as textiles, electronics and toys, and a notable tourist industry. Banking is on a par with that of Western Europe and North America.Medical facilities are good however costs of treatment for expatriates can be high.
